Swiss Association of Wealth Managers

Helvetic Trust AG is a member of the Swiss Association of Wealth Managers (SAM). Among other things, the SAM cooperates with the responsible federal authorities as a self-regulatory organisation in implementing the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA). The SAM self-regulatory organisation monitors the member companies affiliated with it as regards compliance with the professional rules set out in the AMLA.
